I live in Togo but I will be moving to Kampala, Uganda and i need to find a place to buy a computer tower that will be good for just a general use, no special graphic cards, or video cards. If you know of such a place please do not hesitate to let me know.

If I were you, i would look up in the local phone book or maybe the newspaper or the web of where you are looking to purchase the computer tower. Look under computer stores, or electronics and you should be able to find what you are looking for in that area.

Try eBay. You can buy all kinds of things on there. They have sellers that offer free shipping or some kind of trade on shipping. They work with you.
