| Article: A Tale Put Into Reels: A Red Riding Hood Movie Review The story “The Little Red Riding Hood” is familiar fairytale. Almost every child knows this tale. It was a universal story to be told by our moms and dads before their child gets a night's rest. It told us the story not to talk to strangers because you could never do what they can do to you (wolf). It actually scared the children because the antagonist in this tale is also the same antagonist of another fairytale entitled "The Three Little Pigs", which is the wolf. | red riding hood is a good adventure tell tales for kids. it could satisfy their fancy when introduced to this sort of films. adults can also appreciate the rush of the storyline and the interest that is given by children. movies of this sort like the Brothers Grim have introduced it will be given a little exaggeration on an overly exaggerated presentation of the original story for commercial purposes.good day |
| "The Hollywood Twist"
I like this new twist that Hollywood is doing with popular icons from our childhood. Although such movie adaptations, reboots or sequels can sometimes be a cheap shot to cash/milk a popular franchise, in the end it is still good for both business and the movie going audience. From the Black Swan, Snow White, to Little Red Riding hood. What will Hollywood pick up next? Love it or hate it, it is here to stay. |
| I have a difficult time putting the movie The Black Swan in the same sentence as Red Riding Hood, or the Brothers' Grimm, for the Black Swan was true genius, whereas the other two are simply a poor attempt to make children's fairy tales popular again by beefing them up with a little extra horror and grotesque figures. There is a fine line between improving a story and simply making it look stupid. |
| Watching movies is also one of my best hobbies. I can relax and learn new things from watching movies. Well watching fairy tales are for kids but I may say that I never get tired of watching them because of the moral you may obtain from the story. The best genre I like includes comedy, romance, and action. I am not really into horror movies. Thank you and great day. |
| I do love to hear stories at bed time when I was still a kid. I would drag my mom to my room and make her read some good stories for me. And it is great, to hear stories and be able to imagine them as real. And now, that some of the stories that I used to hear before are being brought to theaters, I am very much delighted and enjoys watching them all. |
