| On the way out?A friend was telling me the other day that blogs are on the way out. We had a long argument about this because, one thing, I run two blogs and am thinking of a couple more.I feel comfortable with my blogs, they give a degree of freedom that I get nowhere else. I tried Facebook and gave up. There were many reasons, and most of those were mentioned by my friend as reasons why blogs are on the way out. To begin with, blogs are for intelligente people. A blog must capture your attention by its layout, to begin with, then for its smart writing about anything you are interested in. Any way, he insisted on his theory, any comments? God bless all! |

| I don’t think blogs are on the way out. There are many people writing blogs and when you read their work you can be inspired, entertained, and informed. I believe that this is something we need to spread that blogs has something to do in our lives. We read opinions, facts, and the like. Hence, I also make my own blog and let other people read. I want to see their own reaction and comment. |
| As long as the internet is here and there are people who want to express themselves and write about their chosen topic, blogs will be here to stay. Taking out blogs is tantamount to taking out our freedom of speech. I believe that blogs will just evolve and become more advanced to go with the latest trends. I can't see your friend's point. He probably hates to read so he probably thinks that a lot of people are like him. |
| Hi there! I don't believe that blogs are already on the way out. I think that it is an ongoing trend which will never diminish. I always consider blog commenting a very good outlet of emotions for myself. Whenever I feel so happy and sad, I always feel like writing blogs. And I am sure that a lot of people are doing so, too.
